Yao sister walks out from the ancient forest, singing love songs to seal their affection, meeting at midnight... An ancient, passionate, and mysterious Hua Yao wedding begins. The audience moves from the courtyard to the hall, and then to the banquet hall, experiencing each scene step by step, fully participating in the wedding and celebration, feeling the Hua Yao wedding customs up close. 

Stars, stone waterfalls, mountain flowers, flowing water... Light and shadow art, time-space art create the seasonal changes of Hua Yao beauty. Blocking the gate wine, fragrant cured meat, Hua Yao embroidery, wawa mountain songs... Real life scenes are recreated, showcasing the most 'vital' aspects of Hua Yao culture.

'Hua Yao wedding customs are both pure and passionate, and Hua Yao mountain songs are two major regional cultural symbols,' said Li Yan, the director of 'Hua Yao Wedding Banquet.' This play uses Hua Yao wedding customs as a starting point, focusing on the world of Hua Yao women, presenting Hua Yao impressions bit by bit.

'Hua Yao Wedding Banquet' integrates 'sight, sound, touch, sensation, and smell,' pioneering the integration of wedding customs into performances and dining. 　　In the village of Chongmudang, which is over 1,000 meters above sea level, ancient trees tower overhead. Yao sisters and brothers, dressed in their finest attire, sing duets on the stage while playing bamboo tubes. The ethereal 'wuwa' mountain songs echo through the Yao mountains.

　　The Wowa Mountain Songs are a national intangible cultural heritage. This 'high-pitched mountain song' is hailed as the 'finale of folk songs,' an ancient form of folk music passed down by the Huayao people for thousands of years. The Huayao are known for their hospitality; whenever guests arrive, they block the door to offer wine, sing, and dance.

National intangible cultural heritage, Tan Tou New Year paintings, shine brightly, with inheritor Yin Dongxiang narrating the techniques of their creation on-site. The Xuefeng Mountain Grand Huayao Scenic Area, encompassing the Grand Huayao Huaxing Mountain Scenic Area and the Grand Huayao Shanbei Scenic Area, spans Longhui and Xupu counties, forming part of Hunan Province's 'Splendid XiaoXiang, Xuefeng Charm' premium tourism route.
